An invitation from Gary Sheng
Build your own Personal Agentic OS. Operate at 10x. The doors are open and someone in your life wants you walking through them.
Someone in your life sent you this page. Read that line again. Someone in your life sent you this page.
They are not selling you anything. They are not running an affiliate link. They sent it because they care about you, they have seen what is happening in this economy, and they want you to be on the right side of it.
What they want for you is this: they want you to get Jarvised.
I am Gary Sheng. I run Applied AI Society. The mission of my life right now is to walk as many people as possible through the process of getting Jarvised, one human at a time. This page is my open invitation to you.
A hat tip to Tony Stark and the suit that multiplied him.
Getting Jarvised means building your own Personal Agentic OS: an AI system that knows who you are, what you are building, how you think, and how you write. A system that compounds every single day you use it.
This is not ChatGPT in a browser tab. ChatGPT is the floor. ChatGPT is what everyone has. A Jarvis is what almost no one has yet, and what is about to define the gap between people operating at one speed and people operating at ten times that speed.
Your Jarvis lives on your laptop. It reads your files, knows your projects, remembers your decisions, speaks in your voice. Ask it a strategic question and it answers from your context, not from the average of the internet. The longer you use it, the sharper it gets.
I have onboarded a lot of people into their first Jarvis at this point. Founders, operators, business owners, music artists, students, pastors. Across all of them, the response is the same: they feel the shift in the first hour.
One artist I worked with recently in LA said it best, an hour after she had her own Jarvis running:
"I feel like I just took a box of Claritin. The level of relief I feel is out of this world."
For some, literal tears. Not because the technology is impressive. Because they can finally feel what it is like to operate without the friction that has been quietly draining their capacity for years. The drag of explaining context to a fresh chat every time. The drag of switching between fifteen tools to do one thought. The drag of not having a real strategic partner who actually knows what you are working on.
When that drag lifts, you feel it in your body. People describe it as expansion. As getting your time back. As suddenly being able to think the thoughts you have been too overwhelmed to think.
This is the 10x lift. And it is available to you, this month.
Helping someone get Jarvised is one of the highest-leverage gifts you can give a person in 2026. It compounds for the rest of their working life. It changes what they can build. It changes how present they can be with the people they love because the busywork stops eating their evenings.
The people in my life who have already gotten Jarvised are paying it forward by sending pages like this one to the people they love. It is becoming a love language.
So the person who sent you here is not just sharing a link. They are saying: I see what you are capable of. I see the gap between where you are and where you could be. And I want you to close it. That is care. Receive it as care.
There are three paths. Pick the one that matches where you are.
1. Come to a public workshop. Applied AI Society runs the Supersuit Up workshop regularly, capped at 20 people, currently in Austin and rolling out to more cities. In 3.5 hours you build your own Jarvis from scratch and walk out with a working system on your laptop. See what is on the calendar at luma.com/appliedai.
2. Get on my calendar directly. If a workshop does not work for your timing, your context, or your preference, DM me on X (@garysheng) and we will find a 1:1 window where I walk you through it personally. I treat these like sacred work. The interview itself is half the value. You will hear yourself describe your operation in a way you have never described it before.
3. Self-serve from the open-source playbook. The full Supersuit Up workshop is published openly. Read it tonight. Build it tomorrow. Fair warning: it is genuinely hard to make it all the way through without an instructor next to you when you hit edge cases. Most people are best served by paths 1 or 2. But the playbook is yours, no gatekeeping, ever.
A working Jarvis on your laptop, configured to your real work, your real voice, your real projects.
A system that compounds every day you use it. The next conversation is sharper than the last because your Jarvis remembers what came before.
A different relationship with your work. Less drag, more flow. The strategic clarity you have been craving but could not slow down enough to find on your own.
And maybe the most important thing: a real preview of what this entire decade is going to feel like for the people who get on this side of the shift early.
If you feel a tug, take the next step. Pick a workshop. DM me. Skim the playbook. Whichever one is the lowest activation energy for you right now, do that one.
You are not behind. You are right on time. The window for getting on this side of the shift is wide open and I want you in it.
Whoever sent you this page already believes in your capacity. I am not asking you to take that on faith. I am asking you to take one small step and feel it for yourself in the first hour of having your own Jarvis up and running.
The door is open. Walk through it.
