Armor of Light

A single small figure stands at the base of a towering pillar of gold light descending from above, the light settling over their shoulders and chest like a glowing mantle or cloak of armor; at both edges of the frame, walls of darkness arc and curl backward away from the lit center, over a dark cracked-earth plain.

Romans 13:12. The armor is made of the light. The darkness is not fighting it; it is leaving.
